CHOOSING AN AGENT HUB
Agent Hub or Hansard? Start with your daily work.
Choose around a task you repeat: finding a decision, continuing it in another client or maintaining shared tools. Our comparison explains where Agent Hub fits and where you should look further.
Written by the Agent Hub project. Detailed comparison checked on 6 November 2026; not an independent benchmark.
Three questions before you install.
Can it read your sources?
Agent Hub reads supported local Claude Code, Codex and DeepSeek Harness formats. Check your actual clients and storage before choosing.
Where do you want to work?
Hub keeps active sessions in native clients. Its interface helps inspect saved data, prepare context and review shared settings.
What will save repeat work?
Try a previous answer and one shared setting. A working search result and a useful next conversation matter more than a feature count.
Compare using the same small task.
Pick a real decision
Choose something you remember discussing but cannot locate quickly. Use the same question in each tool.
Inspect the evidence
Find the original messages, check the project and date, then identify what remains true in the current code.
Continue and decide
Continue a small task in another client. Keep the workflow that saves you a repeated manual step.
Before you start
Is Agent Hub a drop-in replacement for Hansard?
Do not assume that. Read the detailed comparison and check current source, platform and workflow support. The tools overlap, but their scope is different.
Do I need either tool for one client?
Maybe not. If native search and a short project note already work for you, start there. Try a shared hub when those steps become repeated work.
Read the comparison before choosing.
The dated guide links to Hansard’s official site, credits its scope and describes Agent Hub’s limits. Both products can change after that review.
